About This Service
Vehicles must be registered at the relevant district licensing department. Vehicle registration is not the same as vehicle licensing — without registration, you cannot obtain a licence disc and may face traffic fines. Cathy's helps register new, pre-owned, built-up and rebuilt vehicles. Registration is required within 21 days of ownership change to avoid penalties.
Documents Required
- Manufacturer's certificate (new vehicles) or original green NaTIS (pre-owned)
- Previous/current owner ID copies
- New owner ID copy
- Roadworthy certificate (for private-to-private/company transfers)
- Valid motor vehicle licence
- Proof of address
- NCO notification form
- RLV application form
- Signed affidavit completed at our offices
