About This Service

Cathy's has a registered Commissioner of Oaths on-site at the Fairland branch to commission and certify the vehicle-related documents you need for licensing and registration. We verify and certify copies of documents such as your ID, proof of address and NaTIS/registration papers, and we witness sworn affidavits required for vehicle matters — change of ownership, de-registration, lost or duplicate documents, and consent. This service is offered for vehicle-related documentation only, in support of our vehicle administration work.
