About This Service
When your details change, your vehicle records on eNaTIS must be updated too. Cathy's processes Notification of Change of Particulars (NCP) applications for individuals and businesses — change of address, married surname, company name or entity, and change of company proxy — so your registration papers, licence disc renewals and fines reach the right person at the right address.

Documents Required
- Identity document of the owner (or company proxy)
- Proof of the new address or new particulars (not older than 3 months)
- Vehicle registration certificate (NaTIS RC1) where applicable
- Business applications: BRNC certificate, proxy ID and authorisation on company letterhead
- Married surname: marriage certificate
